I read through this book rather quickly, to see what recipes I'd be interested in cooking, and there were several I'd like to try. There was a nice mixture of desserts, entrees, side dishes and so on. That being said, there were lots of problems with this cook book.First of all, there were so many errors! I understand that a book published online is different than a book published through a large publishing house with many editors and proofreaders. But if the author personally went back and read themselves to find errors it would have helped a lot.
Another problem I had was that most of the recipes required many ingredients, some of them rather obscure. I'd rather have recipes that had fewer, more common ingredients. I don't want to have to go shopping for those odd items that I might not ever use again.
There were far more recipes that I would not make than I will make, so I'm glad it didn't cost more. I'm sure that the author is very talented as a chef, that these recipes are probably delicious. I'll just have to wait until she comes over to fix them for me to find out for sure!

Excellent cookbook written for beginners trying to do slow cooker cooking. Plenty of amazing recipes included. The instructions are all clear and easy to follow. Ingredients are easily available for me as well. Have tried 2 recipes so far and everything has turned out to be really delicious! Family is really delighted with my slow cooked food now!
